After signing up on this page, you will get an email confirming your sign up. You will also get an email with a diet plan. In that email, you will find great information explaining why you eat the foods you eat and why you need to avoid certain foods. There are forms to fill out, including weight and measurements and short-term and long-term goals.
In this email are some recipes attached and a list of foods you can and can’t eat. Read the whole package and let me know when you want to start, preferably on a Monday. When you start the diet, you have to text me a photo of everything you eat and drink. This diet plan sees an average weight loss of 8.88 lbs in 10 days.
If you are looking to gain weight, it is also a great diet to follow because it is a high nutrient diet. The number one goal you are trying to achieve with food is to get the nutrients your body needs to grow, similar to a plant. You will see an energy increase with this diet and better metabolism. Manipulating the calorie intake is where the weight loss or gain will happen.
I will then need you to book in with me. We will have to do an orientation on your first day, consisting of going over your goals and other details about you and coming up with a plan specifically for your needs. We will meet at the training studio for this, and that is also where we will be doing your workouts. I am sorry I don’t have time to travel around to other gyms right now, so please be sure you can make it to the training studio. The training studio is located near 99 street and 80th avenue.
On your first workout day, it will mostly be information. I will talk about the warm-up and why you do one. I will show you what exercises to do for a warm-up and then we will go over safety. I take the time to educate my clients on safety because permanent damage to the body can occur. By the end of your first day, you will know how to lift better than most people in the gym.
We will implement and adjust the plan on an ongoing basis. Everyone is different and we all have imbalances that need to be addressed. These imbalances change as we go.

I started out with TWF with a little bit of knowledge about what to do in the gym, I had been going to the gym daily for months and just wasn’t seeing the results I expected. After an initial session with Travis, he suggested I work with Tendayi. I could tell right away it was a great call. Tendayi has a crazy passion about what he does and knows how to adjust exercises to make the most out of a session. I am a pretty big guy so there are some things I can can’t do, but instead of pushing me to do something I couldn’t do (like so many have before), he adapted it so that i didn’t feel like I was failing. After never liking back day because I never felt the burn after like the rest of my body, he watched what I did and made the smallest adjustment to my form (I mean almost not noticeable to a person watching), the next day felt like I had never worked my back before. Tendayi is a SUPERSTAR when it comes to personal training. The guy has a masters degree in Kinesiology so he is very knowledgeable with an almost endless variety of new techniques & exercises that I personally haven’t seen before. He is very easy to talk to & he designed a workout program based on my preferences which made a huge difference in my progress. Safety is his top priority so he made sure he taught me new stretching & warm up techniques while we warmed up together before workouts and stretched afterwards. Absolutely recommend.

I received personal training from Tendayi over the course of a few months. He was very patient and answered millions of my beginner questions as they came up.
